Hope Bradley Hnat

Director of Boards and Campaign Success, The Salvation Army Eastern Territorial Headquarters

Hope Bradley Hnat is the Director of Boards and Campaign Success for The Salvation Army Eastern Territorial Headquarters. In this role Hope is responsible to develop and provide professional guidance, training, and consultation to commands in three key areas: 1) Support increasing success with campaigns, 2) Support stronger advisory boards, 3) Develop and implement education and training initiatives that will enhance our Officers' knowledge and experience as leaders responsible for campaigns and board engagement. Before working for The Salvation Army, Hope worked as the Executive Director for Stewart's Caring Place: Cancer Wellness Center. Hope also worked at Kent State University as the Director of Advancement and Special Operations for the College of Education, Health and Human Services during the $250 million Centennial Campaign. Hope started her fundraising career at the University of Mount Union as the Associate Director of Major Gifts during their $80 million Drive for Distinction campaign.

Hope's parents are retired Nazarene ministers. Hope serves on the advisory boards for the Medina County SPCA and Erie Shore Greyhound Adoption of Ohio. Hope has a husband (John) and two teenage children (Andrew and Karina), three retired racing Greyhounds (Junebug, Barkley, and Apollo), and two Siberian cats (Anatoli and Tinks).
