Director of Planned Giving, Belmont Abbey College

Belmont Abbey College's Director of Planned Giving, Monica comes to the role with more than twenty years of nonprofit leadership. Her primary focus has been higher education (public and private).

She holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Leadership and advanced certification in Nonprofit Management from Roberts Wesleyan College, located in Rochester, New York. An alumna of New York's Saint Bonaventure University, she was a leader in alumni and advancement and has served as an adjunct instructor of organizational behavior and international business with the Jandoli School of Communications where she received a Keenan grant for her article: Fundraising in the midst of pandemic: Important work. Unique challenges.

Monica has received recognition for her board and committee service to organizations such as the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, The Girl Scouts of Western New York, Visit Rochester, The Center for Dispute Settlement, Borinquen Dance Theatre, Athena International, and others.
